Palaweño Brewery was chosen by DTI-CITEM to be part of The Value Food Innovation Program wherein PB collaborated with DTI-CITEM to produce The 1st TRUE FILIPINO Beer with the birth of The 1st True Filipino Yeast used in FLIP. FLIP is an acronym for FUN-LOVING ISLAND PEOPLE. The FLIP beer is the true representation of Filipino ingenuity at its finest.
